This position is fully remote, with the option — but no requirement — to work from our office in Crossville, Tennessee.
- Review, edit, and manage vendor, TPA, MGA, confidentiality, and services agreements
- Maintain and administer the company’s CLM processes and systems
- Track contract obligations, renewal dates, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel on negotiation and execution
- Assist with board and committee minutes, resolutions, and governance documents
- Support entity management including corporate minute books and org documents
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare materials, and manage logistics
- Assist with regulatory filings and corporate compliance matters
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department
- Manage document organization, retention, and internal knowledge resources
- Assist with due diligence, audits, and regulatory inquiries
- Support policy development and process improvement projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years paralegal, compliance, or contract management experience
- Strong preference for insurance industry or insurance law firm background
- CLM system experience a plus; excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities independently

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge business operations, insurance product development, and modern technology platforms. This role is critical in translating complex insurance workflows into scalable, API-driven systems.
You will operate at the intersection of product, operations, and engineering. Reports to the SVP, Technology and Operations.
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements across policy administration, claims, agent onboarding, and commissions
- Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering to define API contracts, data models, and integration patterns
- Design scalable solutions aligned with modernization strategy (decoupled UI, service-based architecture)
- Define workflow automation logic and document system diagrams
- Work with the Data Warehouse team to define reporting requirements
- Ensure traceability and reconciliation to finance-grade accuracy
- Validate data integrity across systems and integrations
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos
- Define UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria; support QA validation
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- 5–10+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst in insurance or financial services
- Understanding of policy administration and claims systems
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and Agile / Scrum environments
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Preferred: Experience with modernization programs (legacy → API / microservices); knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements

We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to own the operational health, resilience, security, and performance of our database environment — while helping guide our transition to a modern, scalable data platform.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL Server expertise. Reports to the VP, IT and Software Development.
- Maintain production and non-production databases; ensure high availability, stability, and performance
- Manage jobs, indexing, patching, and system health
- Troubleshoot performance issues, failures, and data inconsistencies
- Optimize queries, indexing, and workload performance; partner with developers on system efficiency
- Manage backup, restore, and retention processes; test disaster recovery and maintain runbooks (RTO/RPO)
- Enforce access controls, encryption, auditing, and regulatory traceability
- Support database migration and modernization initiatives (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
- Assist with migration planning, cutover, and automation
- Contribute to database standards and documentation
- 5+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
- Strong skills in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security
- Proficiency in T-SQL, indexing, and troubleshooting mission-critical systems
- Familiarity with SDLC and change management
- Preferred: Azure SQL and cloud database experience; insurance or financial services background
